What are the teachings of the Jehovah's Witnesses in regard to Adam and Eve? I know that they believe the Fall was a horrible, horrible mistake and that man was never intended to fall (despite God's foreknowledge). Does the atonement of Christ cover their sins or are they to be destroyed after their resurrection? Or will they be resurrected?

Nope.
*** w65 3/15 p. 174 par. 49 Who Will Be Resurrected—Why? ***
For Cain as well as for his parents Adam and Eve we reasonably expect no resurrection from the dead.*** w01 7/1 p. 7 par. 2 Rejoice in the Knowledge of Jehovah ***
Adam and Eve grew old and eventually died with no hope of a resurrection.Sorry, Charlie.

Yet Pastor Russell taught that Adam & Eve would be redeemed, didn't he? But what does old Chuck know. It's not like he was ever a part of the Faithful Slave Class TM .

Since jesus' perfect sacrifice paid for ALL human sin, you'ld think that adam and eve would also be covered. No. The wt says that theres was deliberate, and in wt thinking nothing can redeem a deliberatly bad act. The fact that eve was deceaved and so her sin wasn't deliberate was simply ignored. Not sure, why. Maybe god simply didn't like her.

They believe that God did not know that Adam and Eve would fall. He chose to stay ignorant.

Further to what Billy said, Russell taught that Adam's fall was not only foreknown it was part of god's Divine Plan of The Ages before creation and that the ransom was to redeem Adam - one perfect life for one perfect life. Everybody elsse was redeemed as they were unborn in Adam's loins when he sinned.
When I told my dad about this he was furious and said it was apostate so I showed him it in Studies in the Scriptures.

Thanks Cofty, I actually think old Chuck's idea makes more sense than the WT's.
Of course these ideas do not answer the question about all the humans alive before "Adam and Eve" and in fact before Jehovah (YHWH) was invented, were they all perfect, in which case no need for Adam, imperfect sinners ? if so how redeemed ?
The worshippers at Gobbekli Tepe for instance, where do they stand, let alone our Neanderthal ancestors.

cofty- This is another one of the reasons the Wt. of late is cutting their ties to Russell.
