Why didn't early apostles and Christians speak of living forever on earth and growing to physical perfection if this was Jehovah's plan all along for one of the two groups?

Because the "reward" for the group "early apostles and Christians" did not have a earthly hope.

i think its pretty clear when you look at what the bible teaches there is one kingdom which consistes of heaven and earth and you must be born again to enter this kingdom and in rev 21 it shows how heaven and earth will be one when that city comes down thats why heb 11 13-16shows that the old test faithfuls will be in heaven also matthew 8 11 just my thoughts

They were not Jehovah's Witnesses.

You won't find that anywhere in the Bible because that is "new light" manufactured by Watchtower Publishing Corporation.

Yup, and manufactured as a matter of expediency, Da Judge Ratherfraud realised that his "religion" was growing and the old 144,000 limit simply would not wash, plus he probably didn't like Chazzer Russell's messy several groups in Heaven doctrine, simply because it was Chazzer's.
So he invented the Paradise earth doctrine, but he didn't get the notion in a message from Heaven, or from the Bible.

NJY - if in 70CE over 1.1 million Jews were killed and 97,000 taken captive, plus others who fled, then Jesus message would surely have mentioned 2 hopes.
