Not really. I think elders have too much to do to keep up with their duties in the congo as well as in their personal life. I think they hope faders just stay out of sight.
I did meet an elder in Costco last week. His wife and I were in the same hall in the 70's. He asked what congo I was in and I told him I wasn't attending. He just said "oh" and kept talking like nothing different and handed me his business card, he is an insurance salesman. lol
He was probably happy u are inactive, then he could go straight to business
Same as always, the elders will only chase down "faders' if they're "High Profile Targets."

I hate to be the one to burst your bubble, but if you're "nobody" and you fade: No one fucking cares about you ... at least no one in the JW org.
Nothing's Changed.
There was no hint of "weeding out" faders or inactive "ones" at the elder school.
As noted in my posts, the emphasis was on making sure "unrepentant" sinners were DF'ed and magically picking the "right" scriptures to do shepherding of people who are still "all in".
