    a little disappointed this morning since I was looking forward to our survivors meetup in Big Sur. We did use all the good dishes and poured the best and oldest whisky last night so that was fun.

    I awoke to find myself still on the earthly plane, oh rats, my faith in the Mayan Governing Body is seriously shattered, where will I turn. How could this happen, they were the true channel, they spoke for god on earth. I have heard that a letter is being sent to all of the faithful telling us it was our fault for reading something into the calendar they never meant

    Don't blame the Mayans for this failure; it wasn't them that made a prediction for the end of the world. It was all of those crazy doomsdayers (mostly Christians) that took the end of the calendar to mean the end of the world. They look for demons behind every tree, so it isn't surprising they would get all bent out of shape because the Mayan calendar ended.
