moshe, I can imagine that may be true. From what I hear he was very kind and helpful to many who called, but I can only imagine how overwhelming it may have been. Just dealing with my own doubts and anxiety can be too much at times, and I only have a small handful of exjw's I communicate with, and with half of them we almost never speak of anything JW related.

The gist you get from Ray's updated "ISOCF" is he is not happy how anti-Watchtower individuals have not been honest or presented their grievances in a fair light.
Do you know what really hurts me? The fact Ray Franz was disfellowshiped for doing something "tens of thousands (if not more) JWs" do on a weekly basis with no punishment!
Ray Franz never behaved irrational, rabid or unholy and his works might slip away because the "Lie" want's to outlive the "Truth"!

True. And, let's not forget, that, ray fought to remain a jw. If he had won, he would still be a jw, to this day. He always held onto the same mentality that he had within the org, within the gb, as amember of it. If they hadn't had forced him out, we wouldn't have his books, at all. The wt stupidity did us and jws everywhere a favor. It forced ray franz to be a man, instead of remaining the mouse that he was.

If Cynthia is not interested on continuing with publishing this awesome couple of books and we recognize the importance of them for people with doubts or who have recently abandon the WTS. Does that mean that it could be OK to distribute the PDF files for people who would benefit from them? I am not talking about the "legal" aspect of it. Up to this moment, I have made sure to direct the people who wants the books to Commentary Press, but what about now?

Ray Franz was disfellowshiped for eating of a meal with a decent chap, not a apostate man. The WTS decided to adjust their views on DA'ing and Ray got "Pinkerton'ed" for doing nothing wrong. It's a sham!
We all know Disfellowshiped kids who returned home to live with their parents, and nothing is, was or will be done against them. Still Ray Franz who loved the JW members get's a royal screwing for a less offense? Madness!

It appears that the wt created that rule, after the fact, AFTER franz had that meal w his xjw employer. They created it in order to get him. HE was the target of that rule. Sad. But, that's what cults do. Live and let live isn't part of their worldview.

I do believe they created that rule just to screw with Ray Franz and Sam Dunlap, Knorr knew how to put old men into the worst jobs at Bethel. How come I was such a lop and followed them like they were Jesus brothers? The fruitage of their wicked conduct was not easy to see but now it's so clear, it hurts to think other kids will throw their life away following the clowns!
