If the class action wins, it's Satan persecuting them.

If the Watchtower wins, it's a blessing from Jehovah.

Could this be about the WT exploiting children to peddle thier magazine's and give a presentation at the door?

They get free child labor to support thier business of collecting contributions from house holder in exchange for free literature? Not to mention some of these children have pioneer hours requirement, all for free. The only pay is a possible future in a fantacy created by the Governing Body provided they don't get disfellowshipped for many numerous causes at the whims of Governing Body. Exploitation and emotional blackmale of young children to work for you for nothing to save thier everlasting lives, and kiss your ass afterwards as they are programmed not to question but only obey you as God's appointed ruller in thier over them. That is explotation of these little ones through lies.

I know nothing about legal stuff. But if this materializes and this succeeds, isn’t it true it would only affect the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of Australia? The rest of the cooperations, including the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of Pennsylvania who holds all the money from what I understand, would not be touched?

I get it now the Governing Body which is "unincorporated" is being charge with the crime of having appointed men to position which child work protection laws were not followed as with appointment of these men should have an assesment which they didn't not.

Well this sure fits with thier grab for more control over the JWs is finally come full circle to bit them in the ass.

Do you think the GB naively imagine that claiming the eight individual members, who are the FDS, have no assets will save the WT billions of assets from having to pay out ?

The Catholic Church tried a similar ploy, making individual Diocese bankrupt and unable to pay, did that work ?
