her reaction reminds me of a typical dub, who was caught doing something that might raise an eyebrow or two. It's like an instant knee jerk reaction on the defensive. I remember seeing the facebook page of an old flame. One thing I noticed was that except for a very brief mention of a publication, (I have a green bible), there was nothing on her page to distinguish her religion. When I pointed this out, she gave this long winded explanation and kinda accused me of a few things along the way. I just laughed but she was really annoyed at the whole deal.

I see this dub doing the same. They are so predictable

This is one of the weirdest things about it all. JWs seem to feel, dare I say, guilty about praising Jesus or talking about him too much. It's like they have to quickly make up for their 'mistake' by saying 'Jehovah' a few times after.

And of course, when it comes to music, it's only JW music that's allowed, all other music that mentions Jesus is evil! But that was just wrong. It goes to show how narrow-minded JWs can be sometimes. Ah, well...Jesus did say that if you're ashamed of him, he'll be ashamed of you when the time comes. You know, for those who believe on the Lord and all that. In fact, I think people will get suspicious if you say 'the Lord Jesus Christ' too many times, too. Ha! Better just chuck that Bible! A wicked book, it is, it is!

This is the one I want to post on FB to see what attention it gets. I already got spoken too about the language OTHER PEOPLE used in a comment on one of my friends photo's! When I told him I can't control what other people put, he said "well, you have identified this person as your friend, so its like you are saying it." dummies.

right puff, so with that line of reasoning, every elder should be reproved along with the publisher who was involved in wrongdoing, simply because they have been identified as a "friend"

She's a drearily typical JW. Not only does she disapprove of you, but more importantly she needs you to know she disapproves of you. She could have un-friended you from FB quietly. But no, she had to first pose leading questions then hit you with her overt condemnation. The yawn starts here.

Petty. So typical of the juvenile JW mentality: The need to communicate disapproval. It's what children do" "I don't like you and I'm not gonna play with you again until you're nice to me." Bor-ing - and plainly manipulative.

The surprise for me is, not the way she behaved, but that you are surprised by the way she behaved.

Well if I am saying it then since you are my friend then you are also saying it.

I had a recent bout with someone when I suggested something for exercise that they felt could be spiritistic. It was a pretty benign suggestion, and I was not pushy. It turned into a whole the slave has written an article against that blah blah blah. I was crazy respectful, and said that I understood and he needed to listen to his conscience, but he was so defensive and insistant that I feel the same way as he did, that is was very offputting.

He then proceeded to call a friend of mine and ask if I was "ok". Matthew 18 indeed.

I just can't shut up. I'm going to dig my own grave if I'm not careful.
