Yes as noted, this is quite old news. You may have noticed the dateline for the article is "June 22 2012".
However, it is interesting to note that it appears on a legal firm's website. Seems that the sharks may be beginning to smell the WTS's blood.

Iamwhoiam,
Thank you for reminding us of this important news! The fact that it happened a few months ago doesn't make it any less relevant. It is always good to keep this type of news to the front so that it is not forgotten, and that those who may not be aware that it happened will have a chance to read about it. The Watchtower would love for this type of news to be glossed over and forgotten, and we can't allow that to happen!
Thanks again, and have a great evening!!!

Thanks Iam
Good to see a law firm has set up a new website and is FEATURING JW ABUSE as of Dec 3rd.
Those sharks are smelling blood in the water.
Who wants 30% of a mundane auto accident when you can get rich and famous for going after Jehovah's Witnesses ????

Point taken, dear Iam (peace to you!). Somehow, the law firm that created the article seems to only have recently learned of it. The article's posting date is 03 Dec 2012. Given how many potential new cases there are out there, they seriously need to consider looking into hiring a [new] court records researcher!
Peace!
