Not really good at introductions. I am an active JW who has my doubts about certain things like the Bible as a whole but im slowly but surely wading through them. Just of curiousity: what on earth has happened to this board? I dont really see any substantial topics on JWs, mostly semantic gymnastics regarding atheism and creation. So should I tryto contribute here or is this not the place for JW discussions? (i.e. ban of thirdwitness, djeggnog?, Recovery, etc?)

Hi facethefacts, welcome to the board. Anyone is welcome on this board providing they show respect, and accept that there are people with differing views here.
This site has been going for quite a few years, so over that time many subjects have been covered. If you want to know about anything special just type into the search option, and I am sure you will find a discussion on it.
Feel free as well to start a subject for discussion if there is something special you wish to talk about.

Welcome FaceThe Facts. We love having chats about JW-related issues, especially with active witnesses. We just hope that newcomers will be open-minded and respectful, and not assume that they know everything! Most JWs who start delving around on the internet are surprised at what they learn that has been mostly concealed from them. Some are less willing to "delve" than others. I'm interested to know, what have you managed to find out already about JWs that they won't tell you in the literature? What sites have you visited?

Yeah, I received an email ~ a month ago asking JW's to sign up here. Then I get another telling me not to since I would probably be banned like all the other JWs.
