I'm still here as of 8:30am CST. I guess I'll have to wait till midnight to be sure, but it looks to me that the end is not, in fact, here :)

I'm still here too...Looks like the world isn't rid of me. I never put any stock in the Mayan 2012 thing. After all, if they were so smart why couldn't they invent a wheel. Usung wheels takes real brains.

Nothing. It was supposed to have happened, I believe, around 7:46 AM local time, and nothing. Not even a blackout. Not even 15 meters of snow. Not even hyperinflation. Those in New Zealand would have seen it shortly before 2 AM local time December 22--in Hawaii, it would be closer to 2 AM by their time (factoring in that New Zealand is in Daylight time and Hawaii is not).
And alas, not even the end of the Kingdumb Hell.

In regards to doomsdays, timezones only count on the North American continent, everybody knows that! The sun sets in the WEST.
