What does perfection mean?

The whole idea of the WT concept of "perfection" at the end of Christ's Millennial reign has always seemed illogical to me. Think of it - millions/billions of people (apparently there have been around 20 billion people who have lived all through man's history) living for an eternity without ever making a mistake!
So, that would mean that nobody would have a bad day and snap at their spouse/parent/child, nobody would do anything motivated by greed or selfishness, there would be no anger, envy, spite, or even pouting or forgetting someone's name . . . ever! (Or at least they would be instantly zapped by the Almighty One if they did do any kind of "sin.")
And if nobody were ever to make even a "mistake," then would typewriter keyboards need to even have a "delete" or "back space" key because nobody would ever press a wrong key? Would there ever be liquid paper, erasers, or, heaven forbid, band aids necessary? No slips of the tongue, no harsh tones, no overeating, etc., etc.?
Well, when you think of it - "perfection," whether physically or even in a moral sense, just seems, at the very least . . . unrealistic and mathematical impossible!
