The hospital did check his skull and he didn't have a clot.
He won't go to Plaza Medical until tomorrow (if they send him.)
Now what are the lessons learned?
For me, that is!
When you get the majority of your information from a distressed family member the facts are dodgy at best.
Kathy, Quentin's wife, practically had him on a cold slab headed for the dog food factory.
Not that his condition isn't serious---it is. He does have congestive heart condition and his kidney's are on the slippery slope to a factory recall.
BUT--he assures me he is NOT dying and that--my friends--IS HUGE!!
Now, I have to ask myself why I was so willing to automatically believe the worst? Is it because he looked just awful Sunday?
Sorry for the false alarm.
I spoke to him on the phone a few minutes ago and he laughed when I told him I'd posted him as "near death".
He got a good chuckle. I'm just relieved.
Now, at some future date if he goes before I do--I'm going to wait 3 days before I post a death notice---just in case!
