Shows how important the "anointed remnant" of the 144,000 are, doesn't it?
A picture so outrageous, it deserves its own thread...

It brings to mind things like a second beast making an image of the first beast and causing people to worship the image.

Russell:
Beware of "organization.” It is wholly unnecessary. The Bible rules will be the only rules you will need. Do not seek to bind others' consciences, and do not permit others to bind yours. Believe and obey so far as you understand God’s Word today, and so continue growing in grace and knowledge and love day by day. (The Watchtower, September 15, 1895)
It's not like his opinions matter that much nowdays in JW's land...

Facsinating how much the JW's have fallen from his teachings.

On previous viewings of that illustration I failed to notice that the celestial dune buggy is positioned directly over the heads of the GB. Yer darn tootin' Jesus is missing as well as the 144,000.
This strikes me as just plain evil. It puts the GB in the position of a totalitarian dictator.
