I know what you mean. Even better though: When you are high on marijuana, you reach another plateau of understanding music. Or even better, when you are on LSD, you understand the hidden meaning in EVERYTHING- music, political speeches, WT articles, television shows and movies, the labels on food, the long lines at the DMV, every last friggin' thing.

Same reason why a girl that is normally a 5 is a 7 or 8 when your drunk.... "because your pretty when Im drunk, your pretty when Im drunk, your pretty when Im drunk, and Im pretty fuckin drunk."

Oh yeah, that. We sober people see that you are drunk so we speed up or slow down the music, or swap it out entirely and tell you it is the same music. We like screwing with you...because you're drunk!

Alcohol is a powerful drug. It alters the mind's perceptions, and slows down the central nervous system. It also causes liver damage (and over time, cirrhosis sp?) and kills brain cells. Alcohol is a leading cause of heart disease, and cancer of the bladder and brain, among other things. The fact that it is legal and more-or-less socially acceptable, doesn't negate its dangers.
