they dont want jws to make their own sites because it will reveal how much a jw doesnt know about modern doctrine. imagine a jw in good standing today posting that the 144000 are the faithful and discreet slave. the rammifications would bring silliness to the organizations names.
Actually, I agree with LisaRose that the WT botched things up by discouraging Witnesses from "witnessing" through their own web sites. It can do no more damage than when those same Witnesses are in field service giving potentially wrong doctrinal explanations. Better a bunch of loyal but slightly misinformed JW sites than one official JW site like a lone black poppy amidst a field of white apostate daisies.
I wonder what's worse....North Korea or the Watchtower(R)?
...........even the books look the same...
I too first googled Jehovah Witness after being told from the platform not to do it because of all the apostate information.
