Well #1 as ex-JW, I have very good reason to be, but try to to be as gentle as dove and cautious as snake.
#2 As an ex security Internet tech. Traffic is highly monitored through secure fatalities, such as the one you said you are using. I would have flagged and blocked your traffic as unauthorized use of military access and a possible breach of security, until it was resolved and authorized.
