the truth is , you are only as old as you feel
there are things I had to deal wit' as a younger woman
that I no longer have to deal wit' now
Age helps you to appreciate things more , you take less for granted
and when you find yourself sayin : " I'm too old to change"
that usually means that you have become more comfortable
in your own skin, and have accepted who you are
That said, You have so much to look forward too
