do what you think best - continue as is and know that there will be no reciprocation or, next time you'll be out of town, go knock on their door and ask them to please put yours out when they do their own...or let it go and leave their over-flowing receptacles for them to deal with. we are very fortunate to have fabulous neighbors - we do stuff for them - they do stuff for us......in the true spirit of christianity.
