    I bit. It looks like church attendance and income (college) is unrelated to self-professed bible-reading. Or else churches are fewer and bigger in the bible-reading cities. Kingdom Halls are almost uniformly 0.01% of the population, except in some of the the non-bible reading cities. Boston and Manchester both have fewer churches and higher median income (college education) than their bible-reading counterparts.
