It might help your activism on JWN to introduce yourself. I wrote a belated hello myself in the thread (Belated) Hello. Also, please do not get too frustrated with promoting exJWs to become more active. Everyone has a personal reason to not become involved. Figure out what the issues are and you may be able to be more successful. Best of wishes for you being successful to protect all children from pedophiles.

The Silence is Consent Facebook page has taken off like a rocket! There are lots of well known XJWs showing their support... and it`s not just for issues pertaining to the Watchtower. It`s for all churches and cults that hide child abuse.

Just "liked" the page. Honestly I do not see any negative outcomes from liking this page, as it is not anti-witness. And as it is kept under the radar here there was so much negative publicity in Norway, nobody will see a connection.
Congrats for the facebook page, good job BO, keep it up.

Hi DonJuel, Have you thought about using Google News to search for "Jehovah's Witnesses Convention" and attaching a comment to the WTBTS informercial asking readers to like your webpage? You could write something like:
"Silence is Consent! Help protect children from pedophiles who are protected by religions. Visit https://www.facebook.com/pages/Silence-is-Consent/372373866194292 to learn more."
Also, I would recommend that you contact Steven UnThank <[email protected]> about creating a shorter url to your facebook page. Steven Unthank is an Aussie, who is trying to help JW children in Australia, and helped me create a shorter url http://on.fb.me/wh-petition to Protect Americans from Dangerous Orgs FB page.
