Sleepy says: I hate you all! Ex-jw's are a bunch of $&^%& style posters, all seam to have one thing in common.
They never stick around for a proper debate.
Just fire away some accusations, and leave.
    Gets on my nerves.
Why wont witnesses stay and make their point against reasoned arguments?
    Chicken?

O.K. Let me get this straight. Correct me if I'm wrong and I'm sure you will. It looks as though you are describing a "style of poster". The kind that says "I hate you all! Ex-jw's are a bunch of $&^%&". How is describing a "style of poster" irony. There is no irony in describing a style of poster.

Hey! I got it the first time I read it. I am also an American. Hmmmmm, think it's the fact that I am of English decent? Nah, I think it's the fact that I rarely take anything to serious.

Actually sleepy wasn’t describing a style of poster, he was pretending to ‘be’ a style of poster – you know the sort: an irate JW who stumbles across this board, mouths off at us all and then disappears without a trace, not wanting to get involved in a serious discussion.

I agree that sleepy’s communication skills leave a lot to be desired but hey, as an ExJw he probably never got the chance to get a decent education.

Now what I want to know is how you knew I had bad teeth?

Maybe you should come visit the http://www.beliefnet.org/boards/discussion_list.asp?boardID=28082 Jehovah's Witness Challenge & Critique Discussion Board at a http://www.beliefnet.org, we have a regular JW that has been coming around for a while.

Beliefnet is an multi-faith forum and we get all kinds of individuals from various religious backgrounds that post there. You won't find the action that you have here, and they usually stick to doctrinal issues.

Cool Start a debate, and I will be there. I'll be there, I'll be there, just start a debate, and I'll be there.

Following Bible principles, we will avoid trying to live - or demand others to live - by an extensive and rigid set of dos and don'ts that go beyond the teachings of the Bible. The Watchtower, 4-15-02, pg 22, pp 15

We have an interesting debate going on regarding 607BCE Fall of Jerusalem?

    http://www.beliefnet.org/boards/message_list.asp?pageID=5&discussionID=106132&messages_per_page=16

Our resident JW said, and I quote-

"I hope you see that our 607 date is NOT arbitrary, the FDSlave class and all JW do not have ulterior motives for choosing it, we believe it is really what the Bible teaches. Furthermore, if you will study it through the Insight books you will see they are VERY open about the fact that SOME arheology does not fit but that the BIBLE explains and clearly presents the correct picture and understanding of Jeremiah's prophecy. Which does give us a basis for 1914 as you have noted."

Sleepy says "Patio, where did i blame anyone?" Here's the part where i inferred what you seemed to imply:

I'm not sure any of you got my post.
I'll put it in English for you.
