Should the Watch Tower Corporation Be held Legal Responsible if it Sends A Known Pedophile Knock on Unsuspecting People Doors Preaching Their Propaganda?

I remember in the 70's the WT corporation used to furnish us with a card declaring us a minister representative of this corporation, and then they suspended this card use and would no longer endorse it's members as representatives I think it was announced in a kingdom ministry somewhere back in the 70's.

The Watch Tower Inc. has made its members believe it is their exclusive duty to preach their propaganda and therefore they can not divorce themselves from this door to door activity. They even brag about how they alone as a corporation and its members are faithfully carrying out a divine mandate with life and death consequences for to both themselves and the public. I think a good lawyer would know how to present a case against them that would spell a corporations nightmare in legal problems.

These guys on the Governing Body are such a bunch of in denial delusional dopes, with a touch of hardening of the arteries. So I eventually see them driving this corporation into the ground both legally and in public opinion universally thru out the world.

I think they are distancing themselves to reduce liability. I've been able to avoid door-to-door work almost altogether. And years ago I would have been counseled immediately. I think they might have told Elders not to push too hard on this - since they don't want to seem like they are directing or are responsible for any of the preaching work.

With all this sexual repression going on in the rank and file due to the WT disfellowshipping policies and constant harping on sexual matters further exacerbates the need for repression into one's psychological shadow. This has the effect on makeing/inducing certain persons to become child molester of course there are other factors at play too, we can't blame it all on this WT induced repression, but the fact that many priest in the catholic church have become child molesters must indicate sexual repression or the forbidding to mary is an important factor.

So if I were a member of the Governing Body(god forbid that be true), I would be on the ball on this one and absolutelywithout exception, forbid anyone who has been known to be a child molester to ever go door to door immediately, to protect the corporations interest.

It seems the these Governing Body CEOs can't make good decisions, they have way too much on their plate for their poor delusional minds to process, so I doubt they can reason this way especially with all this Black and White thinking and annecdotal evidence they use to reason with it is bound to screw them up.

Another huge area where they stand to loose big time is if they let a known childmolester conduct studies or make return visit with children, I'm sure they stand to loose big time.

So if that is the case they should have no problem in following the law about requiring a check immediately the more they drag their feet on this one the more legal harm they bring to the corporation.

    Yes is the answer...... morally.

Legally the WT will wriggle out of any responsibility.

The most positive thing we can do is publicise the danger to the Public, if that were done enough the WT may be moved to tighten its own procedures, and may even be lured in to making a public statement about it, which may in fact do them more harm than good.

I believe the WT is moving towards making the door to door activity as completley voluntary, so it's all part of ones personal ministry. NO mandate to go out, no responsibility to the community.

Of course no one is excluded and elders would still be on the watch to see who is out in the field service.

    Wha,

That would be a good move if they did, after all I'm sure the returns on all this door to door work are so meager surely the Corporation could come up with some better mandated work for their brainwashed members to preform that would bring substantially more profit than the door to door work.

I just don't think they have good business sense in keeping their door to door policies in place, they need some major restructuring badly.

A change in the work could be rather easily done by putting the ball under another cup. All they have to say is that it is appearent that the preaching work has been done to Jehovah's satifaction and that by a reexamination of scripture Jehovah now want's them to have weekly cake sales and have the proceeds sent to corporation head quarter monthly to insure corporation stability of Jehovah's organization or something.

This is a sick organisation that demands that perverts and criminals call on the unsuspecting public in order to peddle their literature and make money for them.

Do they require publishers to be approved? Are these publishers strongly encouraged to attend the Service Meeting? What is the Service Meeting designed to do?

If a publisher is rejected by being disfellowshipped, are they rejected/removed from merely That Congregation or are they removed/rejected from the entire organization? Doesn't that suggest a unitary, hierarchial organization? JW congregations are NOT independent or autonomous - isn't that correct?

Are these publishers ordered to use official literature from the Watchtower Society? To present it door to door?

How can they not be legally responsible?
