  I always wonder if their approach in talking about the apostates might backfire. If you ask around, I will say way more than half of the Witnesess don't have an idea of what the apostates do or say. They just hear that word, and think that is somebody who left to build their own church or something like that.

  So, their talking about apostates, might awake some hungry minds and make them actually looked it up online...

  Back to topic, my bet is that they wmight release the "new" role of the FDS, as in "not-so-new", because they already acted as the FDS. Whatever.

  I guess you can lump Babylon the Great in with the false teachers. By their reasoning, I am sure you can lump those human apostates in that category as well.

  Bunker mentality.

  I imagine my wife will remember some parts of it. If the Noo Lite GB = FDS is brought out, she will miss it, and she will get a wee bit zealous for a little bit. But it will fade and she will return to her old self.

  Sometimes you might have to refresh her memory of what she believes before a change. Try to get her to argue in favor of the outgoing doctrine, in this case, the 144,000 of the Faithful & Dubious Slave class. She should produce evidence that she is convinced proves it. The more adamantly she defends it, the better.
