I am so addicted to Survivor. Check out the CBS website - you'll be surprised about Rob. He has some great credentials and is very bright. Not at all what I thought he was. He's definately one to watch out for. I agree about Sean, he just thinks everyone is against him because he's black - not remembering that he's a lazy butt that doesn't do anything! Curious enough, Gabe voted for Rob - not John like I thought he was going to.

You have every right to your opinion about Gina-that's how you see it. I agree with you about Rob, playing the game very well, I just don't like him.

This Survivor is different than the others so far, very unpredictable.

I could not disagree with you more about Gina. She disliked her old tribemates because they were as lazy as hell!! If I had to be stuck with a bunch of immature lazy asses I wouldn't like them either. I would have said the same thing she did about hoping one of them got voted off. Would you want to be stuck doing all of the work? I don't think you would like it too much either. Or would you be one of the lazy ones,....just chillin'?

About Gina- I never saw her as being "jealous" of Sarah, or particularly preoccupied with herself: adjusting her bikini, scratching her legs and playing with her hair. I think her comments are probably justified because of the upcomming merge...she's probably hoping Rob and Shawn will be gone before that happens. Unless, she's looking forward to serving them coconut, while they lay on the beach and bitch that they are being overworked and ponder the question of whose camp has the biggest tits and nices @sses...LOL!

About the game- Let's take the premise of Survivor...I know it is tv and mindless entertainment BUT its interesting to pretend you had to "survive" with these folks...I think it would be important to be with people that at least were willing to get off their @ss and work.

About Shawn- Good grief, it's a wonder he can walk with such a big chip on his shoulder.

They aren't hungry enough. This isn't surviving! It's a camping trip on the beach with lots of bugs. I love it though. Ron is devious but thinks he is Tony Soprano. Gina wasn't jealous of Sarah! What was to be jealous of? She was lazy and stupid and not very pretty. She knew that since she was smarter than the others she was going to be next. The mix up saved her.

Fun to watch. Gabe just had to agree to an alliance and he would have been saved. Sad. Guess he really wasn't playing the game.

Well, sounds like we all agree about Shawn at least. Scary to think about the fact that he's a teacher.

Shimmer, just want to let you know where I'm coming from on the Gina thing. Aside from agreeing with everything Hunter said, we didn't hear too much from her untill Hunter got the boot. Immediatly you could see her attitude kick into high gear. She began saying how stupid the rest of the tribe was for doing that. The first thing out of her mouth to her new tribe-mates when the switch happened was a description of how wonderful Hunter was and how wrong and disgusting it was that the others had sent him packing. I have heard her mention the Hunter thing a lot more than the lazy thing. And she became vocal about the lazy issue when the work-a-holic nag came over. She was bonding with the old lady by talking about lazy people, that's all. To me, the whole picture taken together paints a vindictive, grudge-holding, jelous girlfriend. Perhaps there are things I have missed and that you have picked up on that would make me see things clearer. And in answer to you final question; I would be the second-hardest working person in the group, that way I would not stick out as the "first, most, hardest" of anything and I would protect myself from anyone saying that I don't work enough. However, I would not bitch constantly that others are not working hard enough.

I am a huge survivor fan. I personally cannot stand rob, he gets on my nerve. I think John is trying too hard though and I think it will bite him in the ass in the end. There is already a thread from a few weeks back on this on the tv board....

I like Gina, but I cannot stand Kathy, she is too damn bossy and that will cost her too. Who knows what will happen, I just do not want rob or sean to win...

Not to burst anyone's bubble, but I certainly hope that all you Survivor fans take the program with a grain of salt.

If you believe that the show is "for real", next time you watch it, ask yourselves why the camera crew (which is never seen) is dining on T-bone steaks with mashed potatoes, gravy, and vegetables slathered in creamery butter whilst the "competitors" are busily munching away on cockroaches and rattlesnakes.
