Are you sure all these people want it publicly poosted that tehy will be here? Someone did that to me, and not only was I upset, but so were people upset on my behalf and rightly so.
If they have not publicly posted they are, then I think you should not post it either. Even if you have permission (say in an email) I still would not do it. Let them do it themsleves.
