Hi TR..i dont really know you because i am new here...but anyone who is relieved to discover they dont have cancer, when there was a fear they might...deserves a 'whew..glad your ok!!'.....from me.

Take Care...and yeah..add more fiber to your diet...eat whole grains, fruits and nuts...stay away from refined carbohydrates like pasta and eat more whole grains like rice and wheatberries and barley and stuff....it really makes a difference in the outcome of your health...
