The sealing of the 144,000 - the anointed.
Is it not the case that according to revelation / daniel, the only thing holding back the day of judgement is that the 144,000 have not been sealed yet, the full number of the anointed that will reign in heaven as christs brothers.
The reason is because Satan is doing all that he can to corrupt the anointed, thereby they have to be replaced. this is buying him time to carry on with his plans and ruling the earth. He knows that the very minute the last number of the anointed is sealed, his time is up. Satan will go on the rampage and destroy as much as he can, even killing some of the anointed, faithful ones, who become martyrs, then Jesus will wage war (literally on earth we will see it ) and appear with his angels and everyone on the earth will have to KNOW it is jehovah.

"lost": --how about the anointed that are NOT sealed, the residue of the unnumbered members of the 12 tribes?
they are supposed to be true worshippers too, as a pool from which certain ones are "bought from the earth"?
how about the "chosen ones" on account of which the GT is cut short so some "flesh can be saved"?
