they're pretty wiley characters......I'm sure they'll think of something or another, after all they've face to save. If not, I will be amazed.
On the other hand interest on Conti's money is growing, and the WTS funds are not......

I'm looking forward to reading the WTBTS brief, but it won't be available on line. Someone who lives near San Francisco could visit the court and obtain copies, or an attorney's service can be paid to do just that at a cost of about $100 or so.
Anyone here willing to visit the court to get the brief? Please pm me.

They can do a 473, as some do. It gets complicated but I do not think that doing such is without any risk. There have been some denials for various reasons.
Last day, last hour - OK but beyond that looks careless to me.
