What does an "obedient" elder look like?

Just a clarification please. Some posters on other threads talked about "obedience" being an important factor to get circuit assembly and district assembly parts. I don't fully understand. What exactly do you mean by "obedience"? Aren't all elders, for the most part, obedient to "the slave"?

Is there a way that some of them show a more "company man" kind of appearance? Is it just a matter of having that perfect family - wife in submission, kids quiet all the time, whole family pioneering, no kids seeking higher education, etc.? Husband on all kinds of committees - HLC, RBC, etc.? Or is there some other sign of obedience?

    Thanks for clarifying!

lol exactly Outlaw. Had to clean last night at the Hall getting ready for the Meh-morial. Geniuses were representing last night. It was hell, buncha middle aged immature men lording over carpet cleaners. Some of them looked like the guy in Outlaw's picture.

They also go by your service hours and how much you suck up to the Circuit Overseer. If for example, you take the C.O. up to Palm Springs for golfing, chances are you will get on the program, yeah, true story.
