    Yeah, I watched that TED speech. I wish her well in her efforts to enlighten her countrymen.

    Metatron, in the first link I provided, I noted examples in northern Europe where transparency is now a matter of course. We don't hear of revolution in their quarter. Democratic and peaceful.

    Hidden in my link was an organization I think is more up your alley, the Pirate Party.

    I'm not sure how exportable "North Europe" political culture is. I do admire Germany for adapting to part time employment - which will be ever more common in the world.

    Exposure leads to transparency as the big wigs know they're being watched. Here in Australia leaders have to be very careful because the media is more independent than in the USA. I noticed when I was in the USA it was harder to get political commentary on tv, whereas when I popped up to Canada, there it was!

    Governments who operate according to a code of conduct and are democratic can just get the boot if people don't like what they do. Pity is, each party is as bad as the other.
