Nope!
The authors of these texts knew nothing of the "universe" or life elsewhere. The idea itself would have been foreign to them.
It,s so funny when people supposedly quote the bible,
and have no idea what is written in that book.
Interestingly the Bible talks about tons of life not on earth! It speaks of extraterrestrial life appearing and speaking directly to humans. (Gen 3:9-10) It speaks of millions of angelic beings, who by definition are extraterrestrial beings. They are ministering spirits who fulfill God's purpose. (Heb 1:13-14)
If earth is the only place for "habitation", where do these extraterrestrial life forms inhabit?
God too is an extraterrestrial being who is responsible for all creation. (Gen 1:1) And those who worship science are unable to grasp the idea since it is outside the paramaters of scientific observation and experimentation. Science can only tell us a great deal about matter that already exists. It tells us that matter can change shapes and form. But science cannot account for the appearance of something that previously did not exist. It can only theorize about possible explanations for how everything we see around us came to exist from nothing.
Christian fundamentalists like to believe this.....but it is not substantiated by any scripture
The words in the Bible were written thousands of years ago, at a time when there was an enormous amount of ignorance of the world in which
humanity lived in that era. Human ignorance is real and should be honestly and intellectually accepted as fact.
No such scripture that I know of.
No such verse that I am aware of, either.
But right on, Christalone.
Peace,

As already said those verses written thousands of years ago about the Earth being inhabited. They had no idea that the earth was a sphere and that the earth was in obit around the sun. At the time of its writting they had no idea what the stars were or the planets either for that matter, in fact the words we translate as earth in those verses written thousands of years ago simply meant land above the water not understood to mean the whole planet as a huge globe circling the sun.
Any Bible scholar worth his salt should know this.
It wasn't until Copernicus, Galileo, and finally Isaac Newton that these things about gravity and planets became known in its more modern form, thousands of years latter.
