I have not read it, I just do not read books. In the past, I was thinking about buying it but I do not want to get caught for possession of that book since I have JW family that I want to keep in touch with. I think it is better to play safe than sorry.
Have you seen this book?

WHOA! Are those hardback ($275) and paperback ($125) prices for real?

The book is out of print now, that's why the copies are so pricey. I managed to get a copy a couple of years ago before it went out of print, and I highly recommend getting your hands on a copy if at all possible. I couldn't put it down!

Books out of print which are desirable fall into the 2ndary market for resale.
I use to work at Half Price Books. We would look up the original retail price and sell for half....UNLESS it was a collectible.
Then, we'd attach a COLLECTOR PRICE.
The copyright holder gets none of that, sadly.
Artwork, in certain states such as California, is treated differently. If you sell a painting or etching or other original work a portion must go to the artist
even on the secondary or tertiary market.
Interesting how authors don't have the same clout.
