Same here, that's why I'm asking. I know there are some people who have a far better understing on legal matters than I do.
They lost any remaining appeal around the time when Freddie bit the dust.
Frankly I don't find them appealing at all.
Oh wait you mean the court case? I have no idea. I thought they had until the end of today to file.

It will take some time to decide. I don't think appeals normally are decided in a day.
I'm curious because the website says "Court data last updated 3/26/2013 10:05 A.M ?
It's still early, you just never know with the Watch Tower Society. I can't wait till the legal minds weigh in on this.
This has been posted many times for weeks now, and the text has always said "dismissed", past tense. It's telling us what will happen if they miss the due date. Obviously if the deadline is just a date, 3/26, then they have until the end of the day to file the papers, so how could we know the outcome yet?
The watchtower is losing its appeal for more and more people.
It appeals only to the credulous and simple minded.
it has appeal for those that do not think but mainly feel.
