I just went to the Court webpage, and under "Scheduled Actions", it says:
"Appeal dismissed for failure to file opening brief" "due date 3/26/13"
The webpage says it is current as of 3/27/13

That means the court web site updates/re freshes itself every hour. If there is/was any action on the case it won't show immediately, not until the page refreshes its self after an hour, then it will show up on the page.
