    @ Lamallcool,

That first post was the rumour I heard. Then I found the link today.

Correction: 3 people involved. 2 in vehicle #1 and also an 18 year old driver in vehicle #2. She was not at fault.

The 79 year old Sister, driving her 10 year old, light weight KIA, caused the accident at 8:26. Because of her failure to yield to on coming traffic, a North bound car, hit her KIA. The Brother in the passenger seat was pronounced dead at the Hospital, not at the scene of the accident, so he had a horrible death. I at first, thought he had died instantly, when the 2nd car struck them, but the report says he was pronounced dead, at the Hospital. Saying poor guy is such an understatement.

I wonder if she will get DF for breaking Caesar's traffic laws, and causing a death. It will be interesting how her local Brothers and Watch Tower Legal will handle this.

    Horrible circumstances, all around.

    Just Lois

If you Google the address: US 69 at 112th Street, Liberty, Missouri, you will see Liberty's Kingdom Hall is 2 blocks from the accident scene.

Maybe she had dementia or alzheimers disease while she was driving.

quote from WT: 8 As individuals, we know that our immediate physical protection is not guaranteed . We take the position expressed by the three faithful Hebrews who refused to bow down to King Nebuchadnezzar’s image of gold. Those God-fearing young men did not presume that Jehovah would miraculously protect them from physical harm. ( Read Daniel 3:17, 18 .) As matters turned out, Jehovah did deliver them from the flames of the fiery furnace. (Dan. 3:21-27) Even in Bible times, however, miraculous deliverance was the exception rather than the rule. Many faithful servants of Jehovah died at the hands of opposers.— Heb. 11:35-37.

WTF! Was this statement necessary??? Gees, they are actually saying not to put your trust in God if you are looking for protection. I have heard that the printing company is getting bad... but this crap is beyond the pail.

I pointed a similar point out to Mrs Blithering, gratefully she could see already the spin the wt put on any positive event to be jahs maneuvering, and bad things to be persecution /time and unforseen occurrence, and didn't buy into it! Yay for small victories..
