Look, I don't believe this stuff any more, but a JW would have no issue with your questions at all. Here's how a JW would answer:
1. Who do you listen to? Jehovah or His organization?
Both - Jehovah speaks to us through his word the Bible, and also through his organization.
2. If you listen to Jehovah, how does He speak to you?
Through the pages of the Bible.
3. If Jehovah speaks to you through the organization, who in the organization does He speak to? The GB? The FDS? Who are they?
He "speaks" by directing the FDS by means of his holy spirit. They in turn provide us with spiritual food based on the Bible and that spirit direction.
4. Are the GB the FDS?
Prior to the release of the July 15 2013 WT - no. Upon release of the July 15 2013 WT - yes.
Who elect them?
Jehovah does, by anointing them with holy spirit.
If in 1914 Jesus elected them, they are now dead, so how about their successors?Who elected them, based on what?
As before - Jehovah elects them by anointing them with holy spirit. The basis is that Jehovah chooses whomever he wants to and anoints them.
Directed by the Holy Spirit?
yes.
5. What did the GB or the organization get their message from Jehovah?
They get direction from Jehovah.
Do they pray, or fast?
They certainly pray - if they fast, that is a personal decision.
Do they live the life and do the deeds like the men of God in the Bible did - living out the fruits of the holy spirit, casting demons, healing people?
Of course not. 1 Corinthians 13 says those miraculous gifts would cease with the death of the last of the apostles.
6. If not (to Question 5), then why?
1 Corinthians 13 says those miraculous gifts would cease with the death of the last of the apostles.
This is stuff that even a "rookie" JW could answer. You must not have spent much time with JWs, or at least not much in the recent past.
