Many of the things you went through I also went through. So I understand to a point how you feel. All I can say is both you and your wife are very brave to get out of the control of the JW cult. Welcome. My hope is as time goes on you and your wife will come to terms of all the abuse you went through. And become the true person you deserve to be. Best of luck to both of you. Totally ADD

You just described my life since leaving WT ! LOL. I'm not 5 years old anymore, so running around naked and pissing on my neighbor's lawn carries a little more risk- at least a misdemeanor in my State. A felony if I do it during the daytime.

the scriptures you quoted ... so true, and lovely to read them again. Do you see though, those scriptures now apply to the org and the corrupted jw's themselves. You know they are wrong. Well done.
And what a wonderful new family you have. Love is the most important thing. When we find it, we truly cherish it. It's so nice to read a positive out of all the wrong.

Just a little comment on how the WTS. likes to pontificate that we must be living in the last days fear mongering aspirations.
Every thing mentioned and more about these particular asorted events or circumstances involving mankind happened accordingly back
in ancient times, when they were written and have consistently for the past 2000 years, at times to a extent even worse than today.
The WTS. likes to make the assertion that they know whats been happening to humanity but instead they constantly present
disingenuous wrong information to deceive the public as an intent to draw attention to their published literature.
So who is the deceiver and the liar ?
Is it the poorly educated men running the WTS. published house, who have indulgently disguised themselves as god's earthly spokesmen ?
I think god can do much better than that .
Verse 1 "Remember that there will be difficult times in the last days."
Verse 2 "People will be selfish, greedy, boastful, and conceited; they will be insulting, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, and irreligious;"
Verse 3 "they will be unkind, merciless, slanderers, violent, and fierce; they will hate the good;"
Verse 4 "they will be treacherous, reckless, and swollen with pride; they will love pleasure rather than God;"
Verse 5 "they will hold to the outward form of our religion, but reject its real power. -

it makes me so sad to read these stories of abuse...so many among us have endured so much damage, yet the force within for what is right and true persists. you keep healing darkside.....keep healing....you have already conquered so very much - and gojira too....keep up the good work!!!!!!!!!
