  A huge stash of data has been released in regard to secret accounts in tax havens worldwide and it's already having effects.

  In Russia, Putin is demanding a law that foreign accounts be forbidden or transparently explained, as to how the money was gained.

  There is a report that "Anonymous" has hacked and released the names of 30, 000 Mossad agents around the world.

  In North Korea, hackers have taken control of state social media and posted pictures of Kim Jong Un as a pig with Mickey Mouse tattoos.

  In Britain, the Chancellor is being blasted for using a disabled parking space while cutting benefits for same.

  In France, the government is being shaken by exposure of Swiss bank accounts.

  In Spain, much of the government has been exposed as corrupt/bribe-taking.

  In NY state, a bunch of legislators are resigning because they were exposed in bribery.

  In Cyprus, there is a list of 132 people who were told about the bank 'haircut' and got their money out before it hit.

  There's much more......

  Something is happening behind the scenes in the world. Things are changing fast.

  I once gave a speech for a communications class on "How to create a conspiracy theory." The first step was to take a series of coinciding events, and then insinuate that it couldn't be coincidence. It doesn't matter what the events are, as long as you create a list of them, and follow it up by casting doubt on their being unrelated. People are easily persuaded and love lists.

  Next you need "expert" testimony. Anyone will do, there are hundreds of thousands of PH.D.s out there, a certain percentage of them will believe any crazy thing from the earth being flat, to young earth creationism, to psychic super powers. Find one of them that is saying something that agrees with your position, even if they personally don't agree with your position. This will lend credibility to whatever you say.

  Use flow charts and diagrams to make connections where none truly exist. "Six degrees from Kevin Bacon" works for all sorts of things, and the physicality of a flow chart will cement these tenous connections in the minds of your audience.

  Finally, when people doubt you (and they will) play the persecution card, call them sheep, and then insist that there are powers keeping them ignorant and these powers would love it if everybody thought you were insane or stupid. Always cut your critics off at the pass, saying that you knew people would think you were crazy just demonstrates that you "get" how far out there this is, but it is still true. Insist that they "do the research" showing that you are only encouraging them to be open to the possibility. Who could be against that?

  Why does the world change?

  Because the trend of human thought changes, sometimes profoundly as with the Enlightenment. Or the American Revolution. Even without direct communication, the same concepts/discoveries can synchronously pop up in different humans, as with the discovery of Calculus.

  That's what's happening. And electronic media is accelerating the change, like gasoline poured on a fire.

  Wait 'til you see what else pops up around the beginning of May .........

  dear lord, you really are the secular version of Larsinger aren't you? Now there is a prophetic element to it. Wait until may, you have special knowledge that we mortals either do not possess or we cast aspersions on it, but soon, soon we will see the error of our ways by these powerful signs! And what happens in "around the beginning" of May? Powerful signs must be specific to be of any use.

  Well, JonathanH, it is true, by September the scene will be changing and things will be dropping. It will start out slow and then increase. But then the world's scene will go gray and will then suddenly cool off. Even in North Korea.

  Trends are trends - and can be accepted empirically, whatever their cause.

  If I'm correct about this trend, we will experience a tsunami of dissaffection with governments everywhere. Many conspiracy theories will be painfully exposed as true - creating more record-setting dissaffiliation.

  I'm not going 'doom and gloom' about this because I think a new global system of finance and government is emerging and these are just the birthpangs.

  Will we see a trend of intensified 'thought' about extraterrestrial life? Almost certainly. Is it 'planned' to be a part of the above?

  I don't know. That's what I'm waiting to see.

  Corporations are hiding their cash stash from US tax system-

  Overseas cash restricts Apple's options for reallocating capital

  By Neil Hughes
  With Apple actively exploring potential uses for its $137 billion in cash and investments, bringing all of that money back to the U.S. would be a costly move.

  About 70 percent of Apple's cash balance is held overseas, and repatriating that money would have it taxed at America's 35 percent corporate rate. As noted by analyst Amit Daryanani of RBC Capital Markets, that means bringing the money stateside would cost Apple $33 billion.
