Irondork I can remember singing How great though art he was the choir master in a small town in NSW Australia. The choir was made up of all demonations in the town and they used to go to all different churches Barry

I quit!
How about this one by Jennifer Knapp who had the courage to come out of the closet a few years ago and be herself.

Theocratic Sedition
Heard this one night after sippin on some E&J. I like brown liquor and then listening to old soul music. Something about brown liquor and soul go together. Call me crazy, or an alcholic which likely I am, but just like certain liquors go with certain foods, I think it's the same with music, and brown liquor goes perfectly with Isaac Hayes, or Al Green, or James Brown ballads. I feel the same with Beer and Rock/Punk, or Gin and HipHop. Of course enough of any buzz will make anything sound good, but the brown liquor was running through my veins when I first heard this. About made me want to cry at one point like, Lawd Jeezus!!!!!!!! I felt guilty at first for liking this song considering the whole born-in JW upbringing and how we're taught to look at anybody else professing a love of God or Jesus as being demonized. JWs really are a judgemental lot in hindsight. This song is inspirational though. Very moving to me. Comparing this song to the WT's "We Must Have Faith" song, puts everything about serving "with spirit" into perspective.

Band on the Run
Amazing Grace, Hail thee, Festival Day that is blessed forever,(Pentecost), Rank on rank the host of heaven spreads its vanguard on the way. Cherubim and Sepharism with sleepless eye turn their faces to the presence and with xxxxxx, cry Holy, Holy, xxxxx.
O, Holy Night.
Silent Night
Hosanna in the Highest
Shai Israel Adonai Echad - don't certain about spelling.

Christ Alone
I never found and will not find religion...but I did find a deep relationship.
My favorite...and hence my screen name:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xnWw24s5gG8
In Christ alone, my hope is found
He is my light, my strength, my song
This cornerstone, this solid ground
Firm through the fiercest drought and storm
What heights of love, what depths of peace
When fears are stilled, when strivings cease
My comforter, my all-in-all
Here in the love of Christ I stand
There in the ground His body lay
Light of the world by darkness slain
Then bursting forth in glorious day
Up from the grave He rose again!
And as He stands in victory
Sin's curse has lost its grip on me
For I am His and He is mine
Bought with the precious blood of Christ
No guilt in life, no fear in death
This is the power of Christ in me
From life's first cry to final breath
Jesus commands my destiny
No power of hell, no scheme of man
Can ever pluck me from His hand
Till He returns or calls me home
Here in the power of Christ I'll stand -
Christ Alone
I don't really know why (especially since it sounds like parts of Kingdom Melodies), but I still love this one.
