*** w55 5/1 p. 279 par. 12 Keep Your Place ***
The Scriptures tell us of one angel, a cherub, that left his assignment, and of the results. It is the angel that was assigned as overseer in the garden of Eden and betrayed his assignment, becoming Satan the Devil. The account tells of his original great wisdom and perfection and of his being placed in a certain position as a part of Jehovah’s organization. “Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty. Thou wast in Eden, the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, . . . Thou wast the anointed cherub that covereth: and I set thee, so that thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till unrighteousness was found in thee. By the abundance of thy traffic they filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore have I cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God; and I have destroyed thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire.” (Ezek. 28:11-16, AS)

12 Similarly, the spirit creature who became Satan once had the wisdom needed to fulfill any assignment God gave him. Instead of being thankful, he became “puffed up with pride” and began to despise God’s way of ruling. (1 Timothy 3:6) He thought so much of himself that he began to crave the worship of Adam and Eve. This wicked desire became fertile and gave birth to sin. (James 1:14, 15) Satan seduced Eve into eating the fruit of the only tree that God had ruled out. Then, Satan used her to get Adam to eat of the forbidden fruit. (Genesis 3:1-6) Thus the first human pair rejected God’s right to rule over them and, in effect, became worshippers of Satan.-------
They still refer to it as late as 2005.

here's one for you: revelation 12:15http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Revelation+12&version=KJV
2 And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.
3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.
4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.
5 And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.
WHy do you quote that scripture when it clearly does not refer to Eve or Satan ?
Its clearly talking about a dragon and a woman. Which women it could be any she is never named in Revelation. Neither is the child. Eve in the Genesis story never had a child at the time so this flashback cant very well be a repetition of that story. The dragon is not named or identified as Satan aswell.
Its quite clear that the Jews never believed that Satan appeared to Eve, and it makes no sense for Jehovah to hide this secret from them even though he told them the remainder of the story. The simple fact is the two accounts Gen and Rev here are unrelated. The stories of Satan such as in the gospels are also unrelated. The bible is filled with many demi gods and other fantasy. Xians try and pretend that this is not the case but its clearly untrue. The fact each of these entities has different names shows this. If they are the same, then there is no reason for Jehovah to use different personalities, features, titles and names.
If you read the additional commentary for 12;4, several experts tell us completely different things. SOme say the woman is the church, others the Roman empire, others mention on Caesar, another a biship this and that. WHy is god such a poor communicator or are they all simply making it up ?

The Watchtower makes people hopelessly confused about the events in the Garden of Eden.
