  In the old testament the temple is a physical location in jerusalem, and springs would flow from under the temple and YHWH would reside in the temple, and trees on both sides for healing, the water when hitting the dead sea would bring life back to it.

  Jesus said a spring would bubble within oneself giving life. Between him and some of Pauls letters that YOU are the temple, and it is possible for both the father and son to reside in you, which was the reason for not defiling oneself.

  Then by revelation the temple is spiritual in heavens, w/ waters of life and trees of life.

  So we have earthly physical, within onesself, and heavenly spiritual.

  The kingdom is simply following your conscience, the moral law of your heart, as even persons of the nations do (Romans 2:14). It is basically the golden rule Jesus spoke of. You don't need to meditate like a Buddhist monk to find the 'kingdom' that is within you, nor is Jesus returning to set up a 'kingdom' on earth. You just need to follow the golden rule and follow your God-given conscience.

  There are no more types and shadows denominations of Christianity have to say that to keep the people coming back. All things were fulfilled within one generation and that generation was in the 1st century. The churches are trying to build their own Kingdoms on earth form bricks and mortar. The living Kingdom is Spiritual and cannot be seen. Enter into it
