I love those two pieces by Patsy!!! I have been to a little place in WV that does kareoke (sp?) and there is a woman that does an awsome Patsy Cline. Always loved listening to her.
It amazes me that they wanted to change her voice. I didn't know that. Can't imagine why, it was beautiful.

Hope you weren't joking?! A record is a round flat disc that required a turntable and an arm with a needle on it turning around on the record to make the sound come out. It turned on grooves on the disc.

I enjoyed that too. I am not real familiar with Hank's works. But the ones I have heard I really liked.
I like Willy Nelson too.

My dad had heaps of 78s. Many of the old crooners, like Al Jolson and the Andrew Sisters. Twas quite an education!
