Copy the url into the textbox, then highlight it - in the menu above ^ you'll see the 'link' button light up (looks like a chain). Click on that, and copy the url into the first box, entitled Link URL, then hit enter. That should make a clickable link.
Pictures work the same, only you use the 'pictures' button, which is that little monitor 2 buttons to the right of the link button.
