I only know my own experience which is decades old. Would other people share what they perceived as the average age in the KHs and at conventions. I saw mostly brothers and sisters in their 20s and early 30s. Older, more experienced Witnesses who had jobs were often shoved aside to make room for some hot young idiot brother.

True. They need to focus on youth. Otherwise, the WT will see a sharp decline in membership over the next 3 or 4 decades. However, it appears they have practically given up on teens and are now focusing on pre-teens with cartoon video clips, connect-the-dots, coloring books and other stupidity... Soon, all of that nonsense will get old and they'll need to find a completely different approach... But its clear that the Brooklyn brass are becoming increasingly clueless when it comes to handling their youth retention issue.
