They do, don't they... the Watchtower Society is the kind of 'mother' / 'woman' who does make a 'dupe' or 'monkey' out of a man (or woman), making him loose his 'manliness' and 'sturdiness'. A 'scheme of Satan' indeed...

This particular quote was of course Rutherford, but the attitude did not change when Knorr came to power. Note part of this 1952 QFR on hat raising and standing for women. The complete article is well worth reading and shows the WTS attitude to women. Nothing has changed even now.

I heard once at a meeting that wives shouldn't feel jealous of Jehovah, as if that was possible. Why would they need to compete with Him in the first place? God is the Source of Life, and women are created in God's image, something this retards seem to forget. Respecting them is respecting Life. Men that don't give women their due place and honour, deserve nothing from them.
