Yes . have done. have friends who have done. even had a friend who's brother was into the dark stuff and he done them a 'proper' board, complete with chickens blood.

Yes, you can contact Demons using one of those things. The real danger, however, is having angels responding. Those filthy angels actually do the damage, harassing people and then blaming Satan or His Demons. The angels lie and threaten, get your hopes up and dash them, and pretend to be Demons. They do this whether people wish to contact Demons on purpose, or if they think they are attempting to communicate with angels. A real Demon would never threaten anyone or lie to someone without a good reason (and a good reason would be something like lying to someone intending to blaspheme Satan and make problems for others who are minding their own business). Of course, Demons do not want people to infringe on others' freedom--so they will not work with such scum.

At the very least, if Brother Hounder shows up, that thing can get a dose of the Ouija board and a nice fright. Those things are scared of Satan, and will run if they think He or His Demons are around.
