I was partnering with an elder at a home bible study. This elder started telling a very creepy story of getting into a physical fight with a demon. The demon was trying to convince him to stop studying. This experience evidently occurred when the elder was just learning the "truth." According to the elder - that experience is how he knew the jws were the truth. Getting into a fight with a demon was proof that he had found the true religion.
I would have paid $600 to watch that tussle.
If they paid ME 600, i might be tempted.

I've been to a Pentecostal church where folks were speaking in tongues, jumping up and down in the aisles, and some even fell to the floor. Didn't think it was demonic, thought it was silly.

I don't see it as demonic. I see it as folks acting the way they were told would happen if the Holy Spirit comes upon them. Some folks are very susceptible , they get caught up in the booming voice of the preacher, the signing of the choir, the music, other folks falling out and carrying on and they join in.
