The year 2016 will be the end of ninety generations since Abraham if you calculate one generation to be 42 years. This generation will by no means pass away until all of these things take place.
Every single friggin' year is some number of generations from something in history (or the Bible's fiction). Especially if you can vary the length of a generation. And what's significant about "90" ?
There is no reason to expect that this reasoning is any more solid than that of William Miller (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_Disappointment) or C.T. Russell's reasoning that Christ had returned invisibly in 1874, and that a period known as the "Gentile Times" would end in 1914, a single generation of 40 years from then, and that Christ would take power of Earth's affairs at that time (1914).
SO, we will hear from you in 2017 with your excuse. "Well, I forgot to carry the one, or that there was no year Zero, or a generation is really 42.1 years so we have a bit of time left. YADDA YADDA YADDA."
