I do know one agency (I will not give a clue what kind of agency is it, etc...) that was run by a straight married female and her staff did not have any gay people in it and She quit to move to another state with her husband. The board of directors hired a gay male to head the staff, the staff slowly quit by one by one for some unknown reasons and he begin to hire gay people to work for him, I now do not see any single straight worker working for him, is that discrimination for not hiring straight people?
Is that discrimination for not hiring straight people?

You can tell they're gay by just looking at them?

Well, I know all of them personally. They are definitely gay.

I might file a complaint. I am thinking about it.

Why do you care? Trying to get a job there?

Yes and No. I would not want to work with completely gay staff. I think if it is 50/50 gay/straight group, I might consider to work for them.

I would probably not want to work with them, they might hold resentment against me if I filed a complaint then work there. I just do not think the gay director is right at all. Thats all.
