  Trying to convince a JW that the Wt predicted 1925 is hard because they won't look at anything from 'apostate' sites. But the American Archive Organisation is a disinterested organisation who publishes anything ever printed in America online for research and scholarship purposes. They are not apostates because they publish all religious, political, judicial, legislative etc online for the public to research.

  Maybe this will help you convince some JWs you know. There's also "Consolation" magazine which is highly political. It came as a shock to me just how political it was, as well as racist and bigoted.

  This site is a treasure trove! I'm reading 1947 Awake. I cannot believe how political it is, giving opinions on the partition of India, United Nations, claims that Fascism is about to overrun America (1939 and 1947 publications), lobbying the president- all highly political issues. So much for neutrality. Ask a JW: Why are these old publications not available on the CD Library? What don't they want the brothers and sisters to read?

  You can direct them to search for "ancient worthies" in their WTCD and look for the reference in the 1975 yearbook. That way, you are referencing material they trust and can't refute.

  Ha ha! I read on another post about how someone did that and got dfd for apostacy anyway! I'll try that search myself some time.
